Founder's Office Intern (Growth)
Work directly with founders to help grow Payge from the ground up by reaching Instagram-first sellers and mastering startup customer acquisition.
About The Role
As a Founder's Office Intern (Growth) at Payge, you'll work directly with the founders to help grow an early-stage startup from the ground up.
Your primary focus will be helping us reach more Instagram-first businesses and learning how startups acquire their first users. You'll identify potential customers, conduct outreach, speak with business owners, gather feedback, and help improve our customer acquisition process. You'll also support workshops, partnerships, and community initiatives while experimenting with new ways to reach and convert users.
This role is highly execution-focused. You'll take ownership of real projects, work closely with the founders, and gain first-hand experience in customer discovery, sales, and go-to-market execution.
What You'll Do
- Research and identify businesses that are a good fit for Payge
- Reach out to potential customers through different channels
- Speak with business owners to understand their challenges
- Assist with customer onboarding and follow-ups
- Help organize workshops, webinars, and community events
- Explore partnerships with relevant communities and organizations
- Track outreach efforts and suggest improvements to our acquisition process
- Contribute ideas and execute experiments to help grow Payge
What We're Looking For
- Experience with lead generation or customer outreach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Comfortable talking to new people and taking initiative
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, or growth
- Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram and LinkedIn is a plus

Community & Content Intern (Reddit)
Build Payge's Reddit presence from scratch by creating value-first content, understanding seller pain points, and driving community-led growth.
About The Role
As a Community & Content Intern (Reddit) at Payge, you'll help us build our Reddit presence from the ground up.
Your primary responsibility will be understanding online seller communities, creating genuinely helpful content, participating in relevant discussions, and turning community insights into product and marketing ideas. This is not a social media management role or a spam outreach role. We believe the best communities are built by consistently providing value.
You'll work directly with the founders and gain hands-on experience in community-led growth, content strategy, customer research, and startup marketing.
What You'll Do
- Launch and grow Payge's Reddit presence
- Research relevant subreddits and understand community guidelines
- Create educational, discussion-based, and insight-driven posts
- Participate in conversations and answer questions thoughtfully
- Identify common pain points faced by online sellers (our target market)
- Collect community feedback and share actionable insights with the team
- Work with the founders to experiment with community-led growth strategies
- Track engagement and recommend ways to improve our presence
What We're Looking For
- An active Reddit user with a good understanding of Reddit communities and etiquette
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
- Enjoys researching, writing, and engaging with online communities
- Interest in startups, entrepreneurship, content, or digital marketing
- Able to think from the user's perspective and create genuinely helpful content
✨ Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):
- •Active Reddit user with an understanding of Reddit culture and etiquette
- •Experience creating content for online communities or social media
- •Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT for research and writing
- •Previous internship, startup, or entrepreneurial experience (not necessary)
